I came here in search of a Seattle been there series mug and left with a great sense of joy and satisfaction. The staff was very... friendly and welcoming. My chai crepe Frappuccino was super tasty and atmosphere in the store is pretty laid back. The parkinglot is very spacious. You guys truly made my road trip a little brighter, so thank you! Read more
Customer service is great, this is a nice spacious store. The hot and refresher drinks are consistently good here. Drive through... gets backed up, but you can go inside to get drinks as well. The only reason I cannot give 5 stars is the cold brews are alwaysbitter unlike the other 2 locations we frequent. Read more
This is nice coffee shop. It has fireplace and sitting outside near fireplace is possible.
I'm not a fan of Starbucks at Eastgate in Bellevue but this is one of the nicest locations they have. Lots if parking, seating... throughout the inside and outside and the best fireplace in the Seattle area. Cons: long lines at the drive through....what awaste of gas waiting in line, huge carbon footprint. Read more

If you are white they will greet you. Otherwise forget it. I went to the counter, but no one will take my order. Waited for... couple mins, no was even ready to acknowledge me. I dont know what to call it other than racial profiling. Shame on you all. Read more
