The sign says they open at 5. It?s 5:20AM. They?re not open. Nor is there any sign of them about to be open, nor is there a note... on the door indicating whether they intend to open at all. Read more

Absolutely worst experience ever, customer service is extremely rude, coffee is cold. On top of that I saw how they were... accusing one dog owner that his dog peed in their starbucks asking him to leave while he was stating its his first time in thisStarbucks. Eventually they admitted that it might not have been the exact same dog but maybe another dog that looked alike. Butthey still called a security guy to ask a customer leave based on their prejudices. If you are about to start your morning witha warm cup of coffee and friendly customer service, just go to the Starbucks next block, this one will ruin your day. Read more

Kathy (a worker at this star bucks) is rude and a very unkind person when it comes to getting coffee. I have never been so... publicly crucifier about my coffee order. I do understand that there are people out there that order really hard and complicateddrinks but this is not the case. She has not customer service and when she was told that the customer was right here she statedback "And well I guess you have mess of a drink ready for you." The only thing I have to say about this is that you don't knowwhat other have going on in their life that your rude comments can really make or break a person?s day/ life. Maybe think aboutit next time before making your personal commitments public. Read more

Update on March 3rd. They finshed their remodel bit ago and is nice. Update to below. Visited in January 2019. They actually... now introduced staff to call out names away from counter and better manage so random strangers are no longer touching cups. Goodto know Starbucks is listening and acting on feedback. The following is from 2018 review: I actually like ladro coffee betternearby. This Starbucks is always so busy and you can never hear your drink called cause they don't say name very loud and tonsof people waiting for their coffee ends up with other strangers touching your cup to turn it and see if it is their coffee.Happens all the time. I only go here with groups of other people but when my choice there are better options nearby. Starbucksis overrated in my opinion. Read more

Harassed by Key Bank building security after sitting down to order from my app, so I could get my reward points. I requested... security manager. I was told that the Starbucks is not renting their own space, it's the building's private property. Read more

There's so many coffee shops within a two block radius of this one, my office is in the Bellevue City Center so I typically will... go to that one. But, on the offhand I have a little bit more time, I'll make the walk over to this one. The nice one about thisStarbucks is that it shares a very large seating area with the rest of the building. Unfortunately, there's been some veryobtrusive homeless people yelling about in the lobby area - security is usually there, though. The chairs in the lower seatingarea are often quite dirty, I wonder how often they wash them. This Starbucks can also get pretty slammed, it has slightlylonger wait times than most other Starbucks' that I've been to. Mobile ordering is probably the better way to go. Read more

This is the store in my building so very convenient. Staff that's been here a while is great, but the recent change in... management has caused me to look elsewhere for coffee. Long lines, long waits, missed orders. Those that know how to handle theload seem to be prevented from doing the job right. When recently there were 7 people standing around (including the currentmanager) and one new guy on the register with no help and it still took over 5 minutes to process one cup of tea, I decided tospend less of my money at Starbucks. Bring back the former manager! She had it wired tight! Read more
