I haven?t been to a Starbucks where an employee was this rude. Went here late on a Sunday afternoon, when there were few people... around. My flat white looked and tasted a little watery, so I politely requested the barista to correct it; they were ok withit. The lady at the counter meanwhile took issue and argued with me that they made it the right way and that they were alicensed Starbucks. I was ready to leave without the drink, and the lady kept shaking her head and making the replacementdrink. Turns out they had used the wrong milk to make it; the barista apologized sincerely and handed me the coffee. The ladyat the counter - not so much as a sorry. During the visit to Seattle, Starbucks is a place you can always stop for a coffee. But I wanted to try different items from... their menu and display. In this visit, I tried the Sweet Peach Iced Tea. Nothing exceptional, but at least worth the try. Read more
My favorite Starbucks in the city. Go there everyday from the hotel. For years now, the staff have been amazing, friendly, super... accommodating and know how to make a good cup of coffee-based yums. They also have a great collection of treats and newsnack..aaand it's a good place to work in. Read more
Grab a punch card at the register (if you come, regularly)! Buy 9, get your 10th drink free. This is not a "normal" Starbucks!!!... It is owned/run by the hotel, and staffed by hotel employees. You get normal Starbucks points when using your Starbucks app orStarbucks Rewards card, and you can pay with those, but you CAN'T REDEEM STARBUCKS REWARDS (i.e. free drinks, food, etc.), sodon't cry about it, alright? I am not a fan of Starbucks since Howard Schultz and Clay Bennett did their shady deal to take away our Seattle Super Sonics in... 2008 but they are a good company to their local communities. Prices are fair, locations are very clean and nice, knowledgeablestaff, friendly staff, OK coffee, most locations are cozy, always a lot of parking and good bites. This is a good alternativeif you can find and support your local Mom & Pop coffee shops. Free parking & WiFi. Read more
I live next door so the convenience can't be beat. However the incompetence at this location on a weekly basis is mind blowing.... I really wish Starbucks corporate would quality control these franchises better. Their customer base is mainly hotel guests,lucky for them they only have to experience this Starbucks during their stays which are hopefully few and far between. Read more
Terrible service. They don't have proper training of their baristas, she wasn't knowledgeable of the current mandate guidelines,... and refused service to a person with a medical condition, didn't offer to accommodate or help them complete their order, thebarista just argued with the customer resulting in the customer leaving in embarrassment. Worst customer service! Read more
