It is one of my favorite places for a special occasion, like a birthday celebration for kids and adults alike. They were really... busy, and yet we were well taken care of. I love the laid-back ambiance and the fact you can reserve your table online. It'ssuper easy. Best part is that the menu has everything for everyone and taste. Cheesecake factory used to be my all fave restaurant. Haven't been here for 2 years, and wow. How they've changed for the worst... post Covid. Food portions are smaller, scampi was disappointing, no whole baked garlic cloves anymore. Service was Horrible!!!only thing worth going for are the cheesecakes. At least that stayed consistent. Easily one of our favorite places to dine for May occasion. We have come to like the Korean fried chicken a lot it comes with... white/brown rice of your choosing has a nice balance and in addition to the Thai chicken salad. I usually take regularcheesecake but not this time. The waiter was so attentive and kind towards us and would recommend this location and for anyoccasion really! Cheers! Read more
Went there on my birthday for dinner in a group of 8 adults and my experience was okay. I was so much looking for having a... dinner at cheesecake since my last 3 visits ended up cancelling on it due to wait times. This time around we waited for 30 minsto be seated. 4/5 for food. 4 cheese pasta and cauliflower tacos were the best, sweet potato fries and margarita pizza were theworst. Pasta in tomato basil pasta was undercooked. Sweet potato fries were not crispy. 3/5 for service - The server tookalmost 30-40 mins to take the dinner order once drinks were served, the preparation time was a lot and we were not attended toproperly in between the meals. 5/5 for ambience - As always a great setup and ambience. 5/5 for cheesecakes ???? The food is always great though this time my salad looked like it was made the day before. I had the chicken in lemon sauce and... capers. It was really good. The other people in our party had great food and no issues. The chocolate Oreo cheesecake wasexcellent and disappeared pretty fast. Read more
We had a reservation at 12, but ended up coming a little earlier. They were able to get us a table, which was nice! I got the... chicken parmesan sandwich with sweet potato fries, and my partner got the louisiana chicken pasta. We also shared the strawberrycheesecake. Everything was so good! The portions are always so big here, which is kind of nice because it can be lunch anddinner - which is what we did when we brought the rest back! Our waiter was also very attentive and even brought me extralittle ketchup dishes when I asked for more ketchup (I'm a bit of a ketchup fiend). We will definitely be back! Read more
I'm working in Bellevue Washington this week and 3 of us headed to Cheesecake Factory for dinner. This restaurant is in a great... location. Our server was excellent and helped when we asked about recommendations. The food was excellent! I tried thelow-luscious cheesecake. It is less than half the calories of the other cheesecakes. It was sooo good! I highly recommend ifyou really want that cheesecake but are trying to watch calories. Read more
We?ve been to the Cheesecake Factory for a Friday dinner with a table booked in advance. The waiting time with a booking was... around 5-7 minutes and without was up-to an hour. We ordered dynamite shrimp and grilled salmon. The dynamite shrimp tastedamazing. Grilled salmon was ok but it came with a huge portion of mashed potato and that tasted awesome.
