I had not been to Toreros for a while, probably before the pandemic. Was in Crossroads Mall so decided to give it a try. Ordered... the 2 item combo with chicken enchilada and pork Tamale. I've had this same order at many Mexican restaurants, as I'm sure mostpeople have. Wasn't expecting anything special. But let me tell you, this 2 item combo plate was masterfully done. The plateis big, larger than most places. On this big plate, they provided healthy portions of fresh and fluffy rice, an Enchilada thatwas well seasoned, a Tamale with wonderful corn masa and seasoned pork. The beans were on point. A surprise on this plate wasthe delicious pickled cabbage and veggies. This is what really made this plate stand out. The pickled veggies was a niceaddition. Staff here were very friendly when taking my order. The food came out hot and fast. I will be back more often andwill recommend this place for a sit down Mexican meal. Read more

Make no mistake: this is restaurant quality food not "mall food court" quality. Made fresh with an expansive menu and located... next to a variety of other cuisines I'd recommend to anyone who is looking for a quick meal. Read more

This is a decent Mexican style restaurant. I have never had a bad meal there and, for the most part, the food quality is... excellent. They are a bit pricy for what they offer would be about the only problem I have for them. Their burritos are quitegood and the taco salad and fajita style food is also great. I am not a fan of their pork but the steak and ground beef is fineas a filling. Salsas are so-so and nothing to complain about nor praise either. All in all, a decent place to eat in Bellevue.
