One of the best thatte idli I've had here in US. Order some ghee podi on the side to elevate your experience even further. The... green chutney was so fresh, so was the sambhar. I just wished it was a little more sour, but it was yum nonetheless. The dosawas crisp too. They've even renovated recently, so that's a plus. Disappointing. Third grade. Too expensive compared to the standard of food, ambience and service. Rest of the food items aside,... first time I saw bidibelibhat so watery and full of potatoes. Brought sambar in small plastic container that usually would beused for sauce/chutney. I did take a few bites of dosa but couldn’t get to sambar looking at the container. And finally leftwithout eating, and enjoyed Taco Bell instead. I am not sure what are Bellevue city protocol to let a place like thisoperate. 1.
