Came here for dinner on their second real opening date and it was a great experience. The food was delicious?we got the... calamari (recommended: crispy with two good sauces), oysters, maple roasted carrots, bigeye tuna and lobster roll which were allvery good. The house cocktails came out solid as well. Our server Megan was fun, knowledgeable and attentive and Douglas themanager came by several times as well to make sure everything was great. Read more

I was invited to their Soft Opening for lunch, the 2 of us had the best experience. The staff, although still in training,... performed perfectly, the service was beyond exceptional. My water glass remained full the entire duration, I wouldn't evennotice when it would get filled after I would take a sip, I was very impressed by this. The ambience is definitely one for thebooks, you can tell that no expense or detail was spared for interior design and decor, the furniture was very comfortable andstylish! I had one of the best cocktails I've had in a long time, the Lincoln Square cocktailI... There was fresh tarragon inthis cocktail and the aroma of the tarragon created the most beautiful and refreshing flavors, I came home still thinking aboutit and I can't wait to go back to have it again! The bread and butter was a great start, followed by the garden roll which isbasically a vegetarian sushi roll, the flavors were so great and so refreshing I highly recommend giving this a try! For entreewe had the Shrimp Scampi (smothered in fresh garlic, with perfect al dente pasta - so well made!) and Spiny Lobster (with a sideof the most delicious coleslaw I've had in a while, and butter to dip in - cooked perfectly and delicious). Overall I highlyrecommend going here for the perfect date night, or celebration dinner. The staff is amazing, the setting is perfect, and thefood and drinks are fantastic. Two of us went for dinner at the "soft opening" at the Water Grill in Bellevue on Sat. The Sea Bass was honestly the best... seafood dinner I have ever had. I spent my "youth" in the seafood industry and can honestly say the quality of the product theyhave is the best in this area. All the food was exceptional. We were limited to a smaller, soft opening menu so had limitedpre-set options but what we got was exceptional. Next time I want to try the fresh sea urchin (uni). Our waiter (Davin ?) wasgreat.... thanks BTW , it sounds stupid but the butter they have is the greatest tasting butter I've had, great with the sourdough bread. Read more
