Wingstop has gone downhill. The restaurant was extremely dirty. Graffiti in the bathroom. And I?ll admit I know that inflation... has been awful especially for wings but I just can?t justify spending $32 when I spent $24 pre pandemic. And portions has alsogotten smaller. Read more
The wings were delicious. I tried the Garlic Parmesan, Original Hot, & Plain. All were meaty and juicy, but the original hot... we?re definitely the best. We added the blue cheese to keep it traditional with my friend from Buffalo NY would definitelysuggest. It was quick and easy to order through the app which my friend took care of and when he drove to pick them up he was inand out very quickly. Very impressive. Read more

Revised review as of Jan 2020: I gave three stars in 2019, and the general manager (Danny) from this location followed up on me... and offered five free wings. I went and took up on the offer. I ordered the same 20 traditional bone-in wings, and everythingwas perfect this time. I appreciate the management?s effort to review customers? input and their action to improve quality -changing my previous review from three stars to five full stars. Review in Nov 2019: Everything is pretty amazing here exceptthe way they prepare to-go orders. I took off two stars because I know they can do better than this. I usually order 15-20traditional bone-in wings with 2-3 flavors, and sometimes they are all mixed up inside the Togo box. The way the fry thechicken is perfect. Online order works, but you still pay at the restaurant. Being the only Wingstop in Bellevue, let?s bringthe stars to full five stars! On Monday - Tuesday, they have a special boneless chicken wing at 60cents per piece. I ordered15 pieces, and half of them were really dry. Flavors were barbecue, mild, and garlic parmesan. Barbecue was the only juicyone, and others were dead dry. I almost felt they were made earlier and sat in the kitchen for over 4hours. See my pictures. The wings and fries here are not too bad, but I've had some others that I thought were a little better. Prices are not too bad... for what you get. They put a lot of salt on everything here so when you order make sure to tell them less salt you will be gladyou did. The restaurant is located off of Main Street in Bellevue and Kelsey Creek Shopping Center. It's a nice-looking shop andmost of the people inside are friendly parking outside can get crowded. Sometimes this place is crowded sometimes not so Orderahead or online if you can it will make it much easier to get your food faster and enjoy it. Read more
Ordered 2 wing combos to be delivered last weekend. WingStop uses door dash as their delivery service provider. The person who... picked up the order said they delivered the food, but it never arrived. We searched all of our neighbors doorsteps to see if itwas delivered to the wrong address, and couldn?t find anything. We tried reaching out to door dash and they said we had tocontact the restaurant directly. Tried calling the number provided for the Wingstop restaurant and their phone doesn?t work?youjust get a message stating ?the call cannot be completed as dialed?. We?ve been trying to call every day and get the samemessage. We submitted multiple complaints on the website and nobody has emailed or gotten back to us. We really just want ourmoney back and can?t connect with anyone for assistance. We even tried reaching out to some of the other local Wingstops forhelp and they said there was nothing they could do.
