It's time to revisit your, Freaky Fast Delivery slogan. Just waited an hour for delivery. This isn't the first time. Consider... adding lead time messaging on the app. Businesses are short staffed, I get it, but it's time to pivot. Read more
Ordered online because I was on a very tight time schedule.. and I trusted Jimmy johns to be able to handle the situation. I put... VERY CLEARLY in the instructions that this is a 1:30pm delivery time and to call me when u arrive at 1:30pm. I get a phone callfrom a female driver at 1pm, she said my food was at my house, I was not even home yet. I asked her (because it could ofpotentially been my fault by not saving the instructions online properly, as for until I got the slip I didnt not see if it wasclear.) If she read the special instructions.... she said "yea thats why im calling" very short and rude, I the. Asked tofigured out what the special instructs said to her.. and she said she voiding my order and hung up onme. Unprofessional Rude Disrespectful Inappropriate And the list of adjectives goes on. I've loved Jimmy johns for years..this was completely unacceptable.. this employee does the brand a disservice And to add to it.. because she made it anddelivered it so early when I did get it.. (I had to drive my self to the store) it was soggy and falling apart and she did nothave 2 cookies that I ordered only one. Read more
We have been disappointed with the delivery times over the past year. Jimmy John's slogan is "freakishly fast". This really... needs to change to "snail pace slow". We live 5 minutes from the location and we have had to wait up to an hour. No apologiesever given. The last sub was also underwhelming and lacked any flavor. Read more
Have been stopping in during the week after appointments near that side of town. Even though we get there around 12 noon, there... is hardly a wait, the order is correct and it tastes wonderful. So glad to see a small business team working well to take, makeand hand over/deliver lunches with a smile. Read more
I ordered 2 subs, I live 1 mile away....they delivered it to a HOTEL! Not my house, totally different addresses as this was also... a hotel, not a house. So I ended up getting my "freaky fast" delivery 45 minutes later...and also am unsure if the food wastouched or handled while it sat at the hotel and then was later picked back up and re-delivered to my house...unreal, definitelyshould have been refunded!!!!
