I ordered for delivery from the app. I made a request asking that they attempt to make the crust crunchy. My entire order was... correct and delivered in less than 30 minutes. The crew put forth the effort and achieved not only crunchy crust, but slightlyburnt cheese, which we all know is amazing! Delivery driver was very professional, courteous, and health conscious allowing myextra space while signing the receipt. Also, my sodas were not shaken into oblivion before I got em! The 5 star rating is formy experience only, I realize not everyone has the same experiences but I am very appreciative for mine being top notch! Way togo HUT! Read more
Get the order right. Place the correct number of garlic sauces in the boxes and not have them busted open. When I order thin... crust, make it thin crust, or make it obvious to tell the difference between thin and hand tossed (ordered one of each, bothlooked the same). Had curbside pickup. After waiting for 10 minutes I called inside the restaurant but no one answered so had to call back. Was... told they were remaking my order. Said they dropped my order. I mentioned since they knew I was outside waiting with my carrunning someone could have informed me. After a good 15 minutes I got my order. The guy stood next to my passenger door butdidn?t open it. I had to take my seatbelt off and reach across to open the door? He had 2 boxes in his hand- doesn?t know how toopen a door? Only positive the guy was really nice. Read more
Pizza was hot and good but they did not put any icing on the cinnamon rolls?.kind of like forgetting cheese on the pizza!!!
I placed an order, that ended up not being correct. It happens. The problem i have is. When I called (627pm) I was told that the... correct pizza would be ready in 10 min (643, it was a 6min conversation). Ok, not a big deal. Drove back into town, arrived andcalled (649pm). Informed it would be right out. I went into the store at 705 pm and was told five more min. It is now 718pm. Iget it, short staffed. But do what you say and say what you mean.
