Twice the chicken made me sick because it was undercooked. Tonight, I went for birrio tacos as the online menu has, but they... don?t have it. I ordered the tostada and it actually smelled bad and tasted bad! I almost vomited trying to eat it. Threw itout and had to chew a piece of gum to get rid of the taste?kind of. It actually said ?Add utensils? on the receipt but therewas no napkin or utensil in the bag. Never going back. Read more

Visited 9/4/2022 All of the food was BLAND. Tasted like NO SEASONING was added to ANY OF THE FOOD. THE Chicken , Beans and RICE,... Mash Potatoes and Gravy and the Coleslaw was UUUUUGH!!!! I called and spoke with Mgr Jessica. She seemed like she could careless about the complaint. Needless to say, I will NOT BE RETURNING ANYTIME SOON. NO NO NO NO. Tried their new menu, taste was okay but too little food. Got extra two pieces of chicken still not enough.
Homeless people walking around the place like zombies saying "2 piece" and refilling the endless water cup with soda. One asked... me to move while I was filling my beverage. Pardon me!! I have not been to an El Pollo in years. I was expecting corn on thecob and received corn off the cob in a container. Does anyone eat that? ???? If I had gone to the online menu myself I wouldhave seen that and wouldn't have ordered "corn". So... my bad. The chicken was good and the pick up was quick. I won't beback. Read more

There are 3 pollo loco's close to my house but I'll travel the distance to come to this location. The place is always clean, the... staff is super friendly and professional and their guacamole salsa is always the perfect consistency. All other locations Inotice will water down their salsas. I'm picturing a double chicken tostada salad. They really pack it up unlike otherlocations. Definitely come to this location!!! Read more
Almost all the food was bland. The chicken, the rice, the beans - there was no seasoning at all, not even salt. The only thing... that wasn't bland was the churros which were very cinnamon-y, and the salad that comes with the family feast meal was also good.They do give you a hard time when you ask for salsa or ask for the dressing they were supposed to give you for the salad.
