I was in the Drive thru 1st line next to building at 7:37pm 10-12-22 (Wednesday). No one was in either lines. I was waiting for... an employee to take my order. Couple minutes pass by and no one. Observed a customer on the other line and a McDonald'srepresentative took his order. A minute or two passed by and another customer arrived on my line and the other. They took hisorder and this just added my frustration that no one took my order. I kept on talking, but no one from McDonald's took my order.I left and called. Female Assistant Manager named DJ answered. Explained my disappointment on what transpired this occasion aswell on a different occasion when they take an order from the other lane and ignore the other.
