I was in the Drive thru 1st line next to building at 7:37pm 10-12-22 (Wednesday). No one was in either lines. I was waiting for... an employee to take my order. Couple minutes pass by and no one. Observed a customer on the other line and a McDonald'srepresentative took his order. A minute or two passed by and another customer arrived on my line and the other. They took hisorder and this just added my frustration that no one took my order. I kept on talking, but no one from McDonald's took my order.I left and called. Female Assistant Manager named DJ answered. Explained my disappointment on what transpired this occasion aswell on a different occasion when they take an order from the other lane and ignore the other. By far the worst McDonald's. I always order the same thing and I always ask no cheese on my burger and always get cheese then... when I call and complain they have a problem with it saying you complain alot. Yes do my food right and I won't have to. Thentonight I checked before I left and it had cheese so she asked me for my receipt like the burger has the receipt on it duh. Thenshe says yes it says only pickle and that's all. No it says no cheese look it has cheese and she gonna roll her eyes withattitude.... Then I always get a large sweet tea and they gave me a large cup of water. Why would I ask for sweet tea if Iwanted water. So she snatched the cup very rude. The employees always act like they are a mess like they don't know their job.I worked at McDonald's that is so unprofessional and another thing. Ordered a large #3 through the drive thru and was told to wait. A couple mins pass which was not to bad, I see large fries and... figure it?s all good. Once I get home I see that it?s just a plain cheeseburger, which is me essentially losing $9 of my $11meal. I think screw it let me go back cause that?s me missing out on 90% of my total. I get back there and let them know whathappened and the window cashiers were nice and helpful, and even agreed to ask if I could have something for the troubles. Butthe reason I?m giving the McDonald?s a 1 star is that once I got back home again I try to pick up my sandwich and it only hasone bun. Hoping it wasn?t intentional, I still have to say I simultaneously felt Frustrated, Annoyed, GREASY, and done with itall. A rated restaurant. There's only 6 parking spots next to the drive-thru. But on the other side the main entrance plenty of... parking. Also they have a room that says reserved. But I think you could use it regardless. As soon as I went in it was superquiet looks very comfortable. ? ???? Unfortunately I have my meal to go. Read more
