We went to this PJ on 9/25/2022. It was our 1st time eating PJ and probably our LAST. OUR PIZZA LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE PAPA... JOHN ADVERTISING PHOTOS. The pizza was nothing but Bread. I had to really look close to see the SMALL PIECES OF SAUSAGE,PEPPERONI and dots of Pineapples. They didn't have P.cheese and the cookie was half done. It tasted just like dough. The BBQChicken was only ok. We will not be returning. It is hard to get GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE THESE DAYS. EVERYONE TRYING TO GET OVERON THE CUSTOMERS. The same as any other Papa John's. The employees are nice. Sometimes they run out of stuff like parmesan cheese, napkins or... peppers. Parking is good, it's close to other businesses. Prices are a little high on all Papa John's as a large pizza with 1topping is around 13.99 or higher. A large peperroni pizza at Costco is only 9.99 and is the size of an XL pizza at PapaJohn's. I usually get carry out specials so its 8.99 for a 1 topping medium. Read more
Never had a issue with Papa John's, even when they are further away. While I have a hut, 2 blocks away. The hut gets here a... hour later, and going cold. While the John's crew shows up quick. Read more

This is the worst cheese pizza I've ever had. Not cut right, raw in the center (asked for it well done) half of the pizza... doesn't have cheese. The assistant manager Karina ignored and spoke over me. Has zero customer service and rude. Read more
My hair is long, straight and blonde. I DID receive a free pizza for my next order but to be honest, I?m still not satisfied... because I had already eaten 2 pieces before I uncovered the hair. You could even see the root. So gross. I really wish theywould take further steps from preventing things like this... (it looked like a facial hair) Read more
