I had ordered 3 of the beefy 5 layer burritos 1 with bean and the other 2 with out. I went to tell the cook and she was saying... they were only 3 and that they did give 2 with out beans and was discussing with the other lady saying I thought it was theother way around. Yet she didn?t tell me I?m sorry nor I?ll replace it. She just kept doing what she was doing. Came to open thereplacement and this is what I got. Also while eating a customer came in to order food, instead of taking his order they toldhim to use the self order kiosk. As well as all their drive they customer keep being sent to wait to the curbside pick up eventho the customer had a small order. They probably want their manager to think their drive thru like is moving quick. Terriblecustomer service. The workers here are so lazy & unprofessional. Read more

I just ordered there, and food was cold. They new it was cold by the looks of their faces right before handing me my meal, they... were just too lazy to make fresh food. I threw it away and went somewhere else. This location needs to hire people with workethics Read more

No napkins were giving or hot sauce there were getting all the orders mixed up because they were taking other orders In the... drive thru while trying to get my order together the food was cold and the burrito had no meat will had meat but a teaspoon ofmeat all you tasted was theTortilla shell!!! Purchased 7 items online and went to the store. Female who later identified as the Store Manager helped me out. I specifically... stated that it was 7 items and she said there was something missing to her Female Staff. She checked and I again mentioned whatI order. Since she said something was missing and she fixed it, I thought I had everything in my 2 bags. I got home and startedto give my kids their Tacos. Unfortunately I only received 4 tacos Instead of 5 that I ordered. I immediately called and spoketo the same Person that helped me out. She assured me that everything was in the 2 bags. I told her that I was missing a DoritosTaco. She offered me to go back, but instead went somewhere else to get more food. Don't understand how could all the foodwasn't in the bags. They only had 1 customer ahead of me inside Taco Bell and only observed another in the Drive thru. This isnot the 1st incident that I had, but this needs to be reported. I dud soeak to Distric Manager (Lisa) only name given, but Ifeel that she didn't take this matter seriously. She said that she will speak to her Staff when she mentioned that her StoreManager had just called her before I did. I would strongly recommend that if you order food, please check it before leaving. This place is the worst. They never get your order right, the people who work here are flat out rude, and on top of it- so lazy... they will lie to your face to avoid doing their very simple job. My husband just went there to order breakfast and the girl saidthey don?t do that at this location- which is funny, because the building is COVERED in breakfast posters, opens at 9am, AND hasa breakfast menu on the screen that he ordered off of. They are SO LAZY they will refuse to make you food off of THEIR menu. LolIt?s unreal. This isn?t the first time we?ve had a bad experience here either. They almost NEVER get your order right, and godforbid you try to go there even a half hour before posted closing hours. They will just not answer you at the drive-thru. Sodone with this trashy location. If I could give this place negative stars, I would do that. They certainly will not be gettingour business anymore. Read more

I want to know why people who work in fast food restaurants don?t make an effort to give a better service to customers. Last... night I visited this Taco Bell and to be honest food was a little bit cold. I also saw about 3 tables that hadn?t been sanitizedor at least cleaned. I used the restroom and was a little messy around the toilet. It seems to me that this is one of thereasons why businesses fail in the long run. When you don?t offer quality to customers it?s only about time that someone elsewill make customers happy by offering a great service. Read more
