Always good, service is good, this place do more take out then any. But normally spot on. Food is constant.

The wife and I came in today around 2pm, we were the first to sit down in the dining room near the full liquor bar that they... have. It Seemed extremely quiet. However, much to our surprise the food came out super quick and it was so delicious. We got aD19 and a order of House Fried Rice (The White Yang Chow Fried Rice). I can tell everything was made fresh to order. The onlything that came out of a steamer was the Pork fried rice for the D19 combo plate which most Chinese restaurants do anyway fortheir combos. They will usually make fresh pork fried rice to order when you order it all on its own. The Waiter who served onus was an older Asian man who was super friendly. I can only assume he was the owner. He really seemed to care about ourexperience here. There was an old Chinese restaurant in East Providence called young China that was in Chen family for manygenerations and I was deeply saddened when it closed. This experience brought me back to my youth when I would get Chinese withmy father every Friday. Bamboo express, you are hidden gem. Thank you for the experience. Read more

Many attempts to call so that I could place order, had to drive down due to finally getting a employee who then put me on on... hold to then getting hung up. Should have just not went down and call it a night. Final got order went home and several itemsnot in order back in car and drive down to retrieve items. Price has gone up however DINNER CONTAINERS HAVE GOTTEN SMALLER.Staff was not considerate about the service or listening. Service has gone wayside and my Business will go else where. Read more
So this review is not based on the quality of the food. If I could give 2 and a half stars I would. I have ordered OUT from this... restaurant plenty of times before, never have I been disappointed from this restaurant taste. Unfortunately, the other day I wasvery disappointed in the quality of staff. My coworker and I had gotten off work around 5pm and decided to go for dinner. Whenwe gotten there, there was only one other family. When he showed us to our seat, he sat us next to the bathroom and right and Ido mean RIGHT next to the other family. In a restaurant with no one else, why seat us right on top of the other family? In thiscorner near the bathrooms it was very dark and there was no music playing. Kinda hard to have a conversation with someone elsewhen there's another family right there and nothing drowning out what you're saying to the other person you're with. He handedus our menus and walked away. As we where looking at our menus I pointed out that there was no drink menu. Which is okay, Iwould have just ordered a Sprite and moved on with my night, which my coworker also felt this equally. We sat there for about 10minutes when the waiter came over with drinks for the family next to us. We were sitting there for 10 minutes and they finallygot their drinks. How long did they wait till they got their drinks? So as we sat there and looked at this waiter we figuredafter she was done, she would come over to us... no she did not. We sat there for another 10 minutes contemplating on what todo. So, we decided to leave. As we left we noticed 4 other waiters behind the bar all just standing there. And they just let usleave. Didn't even acknowledged us, not even a have a good night! So, we took our money elsewhere and went to Outback. Ihonestly wouldn't recommend eating here, but do order out. I've been going to the Bamboo for over 16 years and I absolutely love the owner and workers. The food is scrumptious. I've tried... just about everything on the menu and it's sooooooooh awesome. TheCrab Rangoon's are out of this world ??. I'm waiting for adelivery right now as I'm posting this.
