Got some stuff spent 36 and change got home found out the salad was bad go back to return it as it was rotten was told by... Not the best one in the area. I've had cold hot coffee, pizza isn't always cooked all the way. Although some of the employees... are awesome which is the only reason for the 2 stars because other than that, this cumbys isn't great. The cream machines aren'tworking today and there were half gallons of cream on the counter. Clearly they were warm. That's gross, I didn't even buy thecoffee. Read more

Cumbies is my go to, especially if I am rushing around and want something quick and cheap to eat. Got pizza at this location the... other day and it looked like it had been out for a while, bought a couple slices anyways because I had no time to wait nor stopsomewhere else. Super disappointing, cheese pizza was rubber like and crust was hard. Definitely not going here again. I'llstick to the woonsocket one! Read more

I just gave a store clerk 21 dollars an asked for 10 in gas. I had no idea. I gave 21 thought it was 11 and just hit the doors... to pump my gas. As i was pumping my gas I here excuse me sir. I love cumbys but this location staffs young childish, immature and ignorant people. Customer service is the job field which you... work in, so you should probably staff employees who understand what it means to provide outstanding Customer service. Iapproached the counter to let a young girl and young guy (maybe both in their mid 20's) to let them know the coffee was out,sugar dispenser out and the milk dispenser not working and i was ignored and when i continued to get their attention (while theygossiped and ignored me) i got an attitude as one stormed off sighing because i asked them to fix it, when thats what they arethere for.I would rather drive into woonsocket aka scumsocket where customer service is exceptional and more of a selection,then deal with the ignorant, childish staff they have working here. Better yet i will drive to SavMore right down the road andget better gas prices and better customer service. Read more
