This place is not reliable as far as their hours are concerned!! Mac?s sister who is the manager of this location has extremely... bad customer service skills and uses her employees like rags! This location?s hours are TERRIBLE: they are something like this:Anight with a 9pm closing is 6:30 pm,10pm is 8pm closing!! The manager is LAZY! Food was pretty good. The fries were a bit soggy but that maybe because I have a 15 minute drive. Buffalo wings were pretty... good. The pizza was good just needs more sauce. One issue I notied is that the prices were falsely advertised. Website forexamole says small cheese is $6.25. The menu said $7.00. However I got charged $8.50. I have been a regular patron here many times. Food was always good, but after what happened happened today, I will not return. ... I ordered a turkey pocket to go. Came to pick it up with my wife, we decided to sit there and eat. When I told the lady at thecounter this, she got visibly and verbally upset. She was upset/ thought for some reason that she was not going to be getting atip. If only she knew that I tip even when I do a pick up! The food was pretty good. My disappointment is the prices that are on their website do not reflect the actual prices that they... charge. For instance, online steak tip salad is $10.00 but it is actually $14.95. I brought this matter to the attention of thelady at the counter. She said the prices have gone up but have not been updated online or on the take out menu. She was veryrude. I could hear her talking about my friend and myself to the cooks because I brought up this matter. She said she doesn'tmake up the prices. I will not be going back to Mak's.
