Do not order online!!!! Food is tasty so they get 2 stars. I?m very disappointed with my most recent experience at this... location. I ordered & paid online for a homewrecker bowl meal w/pork, pork burrito meal, and kids meal with guacamole . The onlything almost correct was the pork burrito meal, forgot the salsa. The kids meal did not have a drink, cookie or guacamole, justa single taco. The homewrecker bowl was a jr. Burrito. No guac. Steak instead of pork. No drink. No salsa. No drink. Everythingwas listed on individual receipts that matched my order. It?s unacceptable. We live 20 minutes away and my husband picked it up. I called and they offered to remake it but that was not an option since they would be closed. Basically they stole $10-15 fromme by not giving me what I asked for and giving me wrong food. Wow! I mean what an absolute disappointment!! I would have given zero stars, but I had to put one so I was allowed to write this... review. The whole staff were MIA except one young man and then a young lady walked over. They were out of literally everything,no beans of any kind except not even 1/4 of a scoop, no rice except the white rice, asked for a side of queso, like a bow of itto pour over my bowl and was given a tiny sauce cup of it for my husband and I to share but gave us each a bag of chips! Forwhat reason?! I love Moe?s, but this location is a total joke! Employees all sitting in a booth playing on an iPad and no prepdone do they actually have the ingredients to make anything. And then get our food and my bowl is less than half full and it?sall literally cold as if it all just came out of the fridge. Even the ingredients that are supposed to be hot. Poured the littletiny cup of queso over it and mixed it up and it?s still cold cold. Cannot stress how bad this location is. The service has decided from pleasant to passive.. also they have nothing but browning lettuce and when I asked if they had... different lettuce ad its brown the server advised no its all I Have and all that I've been being sent.. that is disgusting andhorrible that Moe's is having poor quality sent to be sold! Went for dinner with my partner two weeks ago, three or four bites into my chicken stack I bit in to something hard, only to... discover it to be the metal back to an earring. Store denied it coming from them, ultimately had to file a complaint throughcorporate and then through twitter to get a response to then only have the singular item in the order refunded, when obviouslyno one continued eating any of the food after finding that. I stopped visiting this establishment because the food was ok, staff was not friendly. I went back because my kids wanted to... visit. The person who is managing this restaurant deserves credit. The staff is friendly and the food is great. The portionsare great, with good options to add to your meal. Moe?s is superior to its competitors. Read more

Always enjoy a Moe's, and this one is just as awesome. Food is hot and fresh, and easily customized to you're desire. The staff... is bright and helpful, also keeping tables clean and counters clear. All in all, 10/10 will keep coming back for the chickennachos and queso cups! ???????????? Read more
