This food truck is one of the few in Bellingham Ill go out of my way to stop at. The food is always delicious, staff is super... friendly and Manny has the magic touch! Great compliment to a beer when coming off of galbraith mountain or when simply lookingfor a quick quality meal! Read more

I called and ordered 10 beef tacos. When I got there it cost $32. The tortillas were breaking apart and the meat didn?t taste... good. It was almost wet. I was super disappointed. Read more

Not nearly the best taco place in town. I ordered the street taco plate with Al pastor and asada. Their tortillas were not super... soft and pliable like I?m used to. The asada tastes like the tacos my mom would make using the $1 taco seasoning packet from thegrocery store to be honest. The pastor was edible but not amazing. Their beans and rice had little to no flavor. That beingsaid, the staff was friendly, the prices were affordable, and if it were my only option for food I would eat it. I don?t plan toreturn. This is the kind of taco trucks I like, fast friendly and affordable. The asada torta was very good with generous amount of meat... but the spinach and cheese tamal was super good and liked how it came with a side of sour cream. Wasn't a fan of the salsathough. Read more

Had the Veggie Burrito with a beer at Stemma Brewing. I liked they they used buzzers to let you know when your food was ready. ... Staff was friendly and masked, and took precautions to limit contact. Burrito was big and the wrap was just crispy enough tokeep everything in. I really enjoyed it. Read more

Tacos here are simply the best tacos in the Pacific Northwest. It honestly can't get any better. I highly recommend it for... lunch. The green sauce is not very spicy but beware of the red sauce. It will make you sweat. It's even more awesome that thechef is from Chihuahua, Really makes you feel like you're having an authentic Mexican lunch. ???????? Read more
