Rip off and lies. Asked for a cup of ice water since they have no unsweetened drinks like ice tea (don?t know why, they have... an ice tea maker) and I don?t drink diet soda (artificial sweeteners are a no) but they charge me for a bottled water. The pretzels are good. The smoothies were not what I expected based on the description. They are overly sweet and syrupy.
One pretzel, cheese dip and medium soda came to over 10 dollars. Thats what a burger, fries and drink costs at a fast food... restaurant. The pretzel was as good as expected, hit the craving but at that price I won't be back. Read more
Bagel dogs are always good but what is a bagel dog without cream cheese. To get cream cheese it cost $1.29 for maybe a 1/2 oz.... Same price 8 oz of cream cheese from the store! Almond pretzel was meh...save your money. Read more
Fresh ones are the best, if you have too wait do so. Nothing like a fresh pretzel.
This is my favorite snack place but staff isn't usually very polite. Pretzels are delicious!
I've visited this place a few times in the past few years and I am very disappointed to see what has happened to the quality of... the pretzels. They used to be fluffy and salty now they taste like a slab of corn starch with one litle piece of salt that mademy stomach hurt unbelievable bad and make me wanna throw up.
