I and the others I was with were quite upset at the treatment we were blindsided with. When we were given our bill it had... amounts added that we gave no permission to add. Usually you have a choice rather or not to tip your waitress, we were not giventhat choice. They just tacked on that amount. I found this to be quite wrong, I should have been given that choice. I usuallytip well when given the choice to do so. This was just wrong! Other Bob's restaurant didn't treat you in this manner, just theone at Barkley. This restaurant lost out big time. Read more
This place has gone down hill over the years. The burgers are good, but whoever runs the fryer is all over the place. Last 2... times I went there, the jo-jo's were burnt to a crisp, and tonight we ordered out and the fish was burnt like hard leather. They also forgot tartar. Read more
I got a massive and delicious burger on a gluten -free bun. The fries are showing gluten-free. I wish this place was close to... home because the food is phenomenal! We were happily surprised to find out we had arrived during Happy Hour! So had burgers with customized toppers..both orders... arrived timely and were delicious. Downsides- Sat in bar and were served by bartender...she wasn't friendly, warm orwelcoming..all way through meal. I had originally ordered an extra meal to go..she told me to remind her 15 minutes before weleft...yet she never came to table then. So decided against ordering.. We had a good giggle over napkins under ourdrinks...they had hand torn regular napkins in two. Recommended for food, maybe sitting in restaurant area would have been abetter service experience. How do I pay 2 dollars more to upgrade to sweet potato fries... My friend and I both got served completely burnt fries... I have... sensitive teeth, this is completely inedible for me. I'll make my own at home, burger and fries. Read more
