Great experience awesome people very friendly very good at making their drinks too.
Long time customer, first time complainer. I tried reaching out directly first but didn't get a response so here goes. They... don't have the best drinks or the cheapest, but the coffee is good, they are consistent, convenient, and have a super-friendlystaff. I will continue to get my coffee here. That said, when ordering an iced drink they very often do NOT stir it beforehanding it out. That means the bottom is still hot and melts the ice quicker and the drink is not cold. Every other companyseems to be able to stir their drinks before they go out, but not them. I'd say at least 50% is the time I have to hand it backto them to stir. And, they love to fill the coffee to the brim, so when you grab the cup the coffee seeps or around the lid. Please do better so I don't have to switch coffee places. (We frequent both the Ferndale and the airport locations). Read more
Last two times mocha was temp of warm milk. I spend a lot of money at Cruisin Please get the Temps right
Good coffee and food. I love how they come out to your car if there is a long line. She even remembered what I ordered and 2... other cars without writing it down. Impressive. Read more

I love going to Cruisin Coffee and ordering their "Mocha Milkshake" and adding some peanut butter to it! Man is it tasty,... Cruisin Coffee reminds me of my late mother, she used to take my sister and myself here and get us a nice cool drink on a hotsummer day. Mt grandparents also used to take us here and get us an Italian soda, so many good times and memories. Read more

First ever Eggnog Chai and it was DELICIOUS. I try not to "Starbucks" because supporting small businesses is important to me.
