Never felt worse in my life from eating food. I ordered curly fries and chicken strips and got food poisoning. Mid way of eating... the items I started feeling sick. It?s been 6 hours later and I?m still very sick. Would NOT recommend this Jack in the boxlocation. I was craving the tacos and burgers, I got my food but was very saddened to feel uncomfortable inside the store trying to order... since we don't have a car and rely on public transportation. My urgent request of the manager or regional manager is to pleasereopen the dining room so others that cannot use the drive in can get the good food available. Read more
Asked for 2 jumbo platters w/extra crispy bacon. Guy handed food out so food all slid to one side. Got sausage and definitely... NOT crispy bacon. The hash browns that come with platter looked as if it had been sitting in grease and soggy. Definitely NOThappy. I will not go back again to that particular jack in the box. ???????????????????? This place was sooo busy late at night the drive through was backed up to the street, but the guy working it was amazing. He had... a great attitude, got the order perfect, he was doing his job very well, getting cars through as fast as he could. props tothat guy your customer service was top notch. Wish there were more of you. Read more
If they get your order right the food is greasy but acceptable. Fries have been soggy the last 3 visits. Staff don't really... care about orders and brush off any special requests. Don't bother complaining, they will just ignore you. I wish they wouldjust close this location because it's a lost cause. Read more
Not actually open when they say they're going to be, as posted everywhere. Change your posted hours so people don't waste their... time. The 'owner' knows this is happening, don't respond to my review with 'this is concerning, please fill out this form atthis website' - don't respond at all. That being said, the employees that I've had interactions with have been great. Youshould pay more than slave wages. Update: Change your posted hours, still a disappointment, pay your employees more. They made me pull to the front of the building and wait 10 minutes for them to bring my drivethrough order out and didn't put my... egg rolls in the bag. Their lobby isn't open and the drive through was 10 cars deep. When you try to call the store or knock onthe door nobody answers. It's not hard to make sure your customers get what they pay for.
