Ordered the Batman calzone because I saw an ad that showed I would get a poster with the calzone. I called and ordered to pick... it up, I even asked if I would get a poster and they told me I would. I went and picked up my calzone and they didn?t give me aposter and I have too much social anxiety to have asked for it. This Little Caesar?s store on Lakeway Drive is my go-to neighborhood pizza place. They have plenty of competition but deliver a... tasty product and efficient service that I?ve been pleased with many times, until now. Last week on 4/15 I ordered a pizza usingtheir app for pickup. The app confirmed my order, gave me a code for the Pizza Portal (230) and a pickup window of 6:41 to 6:46.When I got there around 6:45, the pizza wasn?t ready and the clerk asked me if I wanted to order and I explained the pickuporder, was asked for my name and the told it wasn?t ready yet. Everyone else before and after me got their orders and my pizzafinally arrived, at 6:58. I have never had a late delivery until then. Today, same story, same order, new number 215, andpickup window of 5:49 to 5:54. Same story, pizza not ready, after some shuffling around the excuse was offered that ?the stuffedcrust pizza had to be redone.? I finally got the pizza at 6:08. I don?t know what?s happened to Little Caesar?s but I?m nothappy with their recent efforts. It?s time to reexport my other pizza options in Bellingham again. Read more
This is the Best Little Caesars in my area hands-down there is a woman with short hair who works here that is always very kind... and welcoming she definitely knows her customer service and I recognize that and appreciate that about her. She always goes outof her way to give my kids a pack of animal cookies every time we go in there. The last couple times I have ordered here thoughsomeone is making very wide crust and less pizza My last pizza crust was at least 3 1/2 to 4 inches wide so it?s just a lot ofextra plain bread I figure maybe you guys have a new person that just needs a little more training or something and wanted tobring it to your attention Read more
Service was good. The store was bright, clean and well-maintained. We came after the hot and ready hours had ended, so we had to... wait about 10 minutes for the pizza to be prepared. The pretzel crust pizza with pepperoni was meh... Greasy and way too muchsalt. Would definitely visit again, but will try a different flavor next time. Read more
