It's McDonald's. The cleanliness and service is always questionable. The prices are getting ridiculous. The food is addictive so... you keep going back and it tastes so good. Best Mcdonalds I?ve ever been to, and I go regularly since moving nearby. The staff are consistently the cheeriest and kindest... VERY DISAPPOINTED I swear every time I order from here my orders always get messed up in some way or another or my food is... simply missing. I know it can get busy an things can get messed up but for this to happen almost every time I go here isridiculous. I have worked in many fast food restaurants and this is simply not how you do it. The restaurant is clean, updated, and lovely inside. My granddaughters had a blast at the long table with colorful lights that... they could change the entire time we were there. While ordering I had to walk away because I had to get specific info for mygranddaughters order. The gal working there was friendly, understanding, and didn't rush us at all. Went through the drive thru twice because they put pickles on my girlfriend sandwich. Told them she is can't eat them. Asked If... I can reorder and I am happy to pay for the new sandwich after I told h The girl that my girlfriend can't eat pickles it willkill her. She then got upset so I said no problem we will go through the drive thru again. The second time around said the samething. Yet they give me the 2nd one with pickles and both look a week old so I call and the manager is very rude about itknowing how rude they were about us having to reorder even though I paid for both I know they did this on purpose. Great customer service, sometimes it takes a while for them to get to the order inside customer as they're busy all the time in... their drive thru.
