First: Stop blaming the supply chain that you don't have anything. At this point if you haven't figured out the supply chain... maybe it's time to hire someone who knows what they are doing or sell. Ordering efficiently in RR is having three dishesselected so the first two can be sold out. They didn't have crayons or colouring books the last time we were there either whichis small but indicative of the larger issue. Last time it was grapes, their seasonal cocktail, and their seasonal burger; beforethat it was any kids food but fries, tomatoes, and some other things I forget now. Second: Stop tying your employees hours topeople filling out reviews of their service. Having the server basically beg for me to scan the QR code is awkward. Third: Hirestaff, hire good staff, perhaps pay them well so they don't just no show for something better. The store gives off chaos energywhenever I'm in. The staff are apologizing for show service and lack of staff. I put this at three because it's slightly harderto fix than the supply chain but figure it out. I have been to Red Robin three times in the last year. The first time, I ordered a veggie burger and they brought me a real... burger. While they put it down they said “veggie burger” so of course I took my first bite and realized it was a realburger. They were so kind and took it off of our bill. The second time I came, they forgot my sons food. To the point that theycame over and asked “anything you guys need right now?” And we had to remind them that we were missing his food. We orderedhis food before ours because he was hungry. The third time, just now, I ordered a veggie burger and there was *foil* on myburger. Like charred into it. Probably from cleaning the grill. Anyways, 3/3 times something was pretty majorly wrong so wewon’t be going back any time soon. Just wanted to give a shout out to our server from yesterday, Aug 29 2022, Dan. He was incredible, and what he didn't know is... that my wife's birthday plans that didn't originally involve RR pretty much got ruined due to circumstances beyond our control.Yet, he made us feel right at home and was super nice. Just goes to show how someone could be having a bad day but with theright person being kind and rocking at their job, you can have a big positive impact on an otherwise rough day. Brings back memories of going to the original Red Robin on Eastlake in Seattle. But it’s lost a lot of its muster since. The... lunch service was prompt and the restaurant was clean. I ordered the “clucks and fries,” which was pretty much deep friedbreading. Once I peeled away the breading, what was left was about the size of my index finger in actual “chicken.” Theunlimited steak fries never disappoint.
