The dining room was closed. The drive through took payment. Then proceeded to take 15 minutes for a chicken sandwich and fries.... All whilst the employees were standing around chatting. Stop halfway to my destination. Stop by the counter to order, someone acknowledged me and say they will get some to help me... after waiting about 10mins, no one came to help me. So I went to the bathroom and saw some else waiting and told they werewaiting a while too, no one came to take our orders. They were just busy with the drive thru customers and delivery orders.Nevertheless, after still waiting for someone to take my order, I just eventually left and went to another restaurant. Although they were quick with my large #1 with cheese, they only had coke a cola. No Sprite but not their fault.
Ate here on a trip to NY. I don?t what kind of magic they used but the meal I got was PERFECT. The fries were crispy, the... cheeseburger was soft and the taste wasn?t overpowering, and the whopper was absolutely fantastic. Service was also incrediblyquick. I was really disappointed it is far from where i live there is another burger king near me to get like 4 minutes i had order 2... whopper meal medium 1 with out pickles and 1 on it and a spicy chicken sandwich meal when i got home surprise my burguer haspickles and the chicken sandwich was under cooked so we decided to cook dinner instead of eat it we throw away uh so bad???????????? I believe that I had offended the night shift manager one night, and now I feel as though I am receiving her wrath.
