Came in tonight for dinner around 5:30 expecting a quick in and out trip like I experience at literally ANY other location. NOT... THIS ONE!! GO TO DEPTFORD! There was only one person making food AND working the cash register, while I could see multipleemployees standing around doing close to nothing. The guy handled it well, and was very polite but it was obvious he wasoverwhelmed with having no support. He had at least 8 people standing in line when i got in and the line only got longer in theTHIRTY!!!! minutes it took for me to get my food. Whoever runs this store really needs to take a better look at how they?rerunning things, because it?s not working for them. Despite the poor man making a million orders and ringing everybody up byhimself, the meal was delicious, so yall get one star for his customer service and a good meal that took way too long to get.Unacceptable. This is funny. Sounds like these reviews praising the place are a preemptive move to please corporate. Amazing how one person... spent enough time in there to learn names and observe so much in the 20 minutes it takes to eat here. That place sucks. I heardthe original GM left and so did all the good employees. All in two weeks time. Downhill fast. Enjoy. Read more

I've never had an issue with the food quality at this location, although one of the workers (the rest are fine) does tend to... give dinky portions, where the peak of the food might not even make it to the rim of the bowl. I just don't pre-order and openlyask for more of whatever they went light on. But what's with the exact change BS? The whole Chipotle chain has made a hugething over this 'national coin shortage' and made it difficult to pay in cash - yet notice that literally NO ONE has talkedabout it or asked for exact change for like 1.5 years now if not 2 years. Who do they think they're fooling? Do they think wemake purchases nowhere other than Chipotle? I like to look at Chipotle as one of the good guys with the non-GMO menu andrelatively clean ingredients, but with their blatant anti-cash agenda, that's not easy to do. There's no reason why abrick-and-mortar store should be making a stink over cash. Read more

What the hell is up with this place. The first time I ordered online for pick up the order was wrong and they made me wait 15... minutes at the drive thru pick up window. The second time I ordered delivery my bowl had a different protein but I didn?t mind.Third time ordering online and the order was totally wrong. Wrong bowl and missing items. The store doesn?t take calls. Had topay doordash two times because they forgot my 10 year olds burrito but of course charged me for it. My kid was so upset I placeda new order for the burrito. After working all day and thinking I?m doing the easy thing by ordering out. I got stuck on thephone with customer service explaining everything they did wrong. I will never order from here again they can?t get it right andthe customer service SUCKS. I should have just made dinner ???? Read more

Been to this location only a few times, but this past weekend was my last. I walked in at 715pm and they were cleaning up as if... they were closing for the night. Grills were completely shut down and they were only serving what was left behind the glass. Thechicken was hard as a rock, dry and tasted awful. They had no green peppers or onions as a topping. I don?t usually leave reviews but this five star review goes specifically to the service folks working the line and the manager,... Cheyenne (spelling?) - First, Cheyenne was so evidently passionate about her job and the group of folks working there - it wasso refreshing to witness how she was going above and beyond to support them as she was closing up for the day. It was honestlyinspiring. She was enthusiastic, positive, spoke to everyone on her team with respect, offered to help enable one of her staffmembers on how to work a machine even during her off hours, and was extremely kind doing it. It?s no wonder the sweet ladyactually making the bowls (I failed to get her name) was also so pleasant - I think the work environment speaks volumes. Thelady servicing us also went above and beyond to smile and entertain our 1yr own daughter (she was so sweet to her!) whileefficiently building out bowls! :) that?s the kind of service I feel lacks at many of the other chipotle locations we go to. What happened to this new restaurant? We were here a couple days ago, and walked out. Came back to try again. Still, no iced... tea, no lemonade, out of order sign on their rootbeer soda, no black beans at all, and a sign on the door saying exact cash ortap cards only. Also no napkins. And the place is so dirty. We will not be back to this one any time soon. If ever. Wouldlove to know what is going on. Sad. Read more

I did the pick up line for chipotle and when I got home and opened my bowl, I was in complete disappointment. There was barely... any food to the point I could see the bottom of my bowl. The steak was as hard as a hockey puck ( I wouldn?t even feed it to mydog) and there was a piece of plastic in my bowl. I think the worst part was how this was handled by the manager. Needless tosay I received a new bowl after making the trip back but the manager didn?t even apologize when I showed back up to therestaurant. Overall I had a very poor experience and don?t know if I will go back to that chipotle. See photo below to showthe comparison between the two bowls. Read more
