Honestly I love this Dunkin. I?ve been coming a few years and they are so friendly. The great customer service and hospitality... from the ladies who work here keep me coming back! The 2 younger girls that are currently working there now, they are rude & laughing & I brought up in 4 cups & got 2 back &... laughing at me!!! SO RUDE & it?s ashamed because I love your store & I?m always coming in, or using Door Dash because I?mstaying at the Travelodge hotel, so I can?t always walk from being disabled & It makes me so mad that I can?t do a lot!!!! They make the best coffees and iced coffees around !! Come out of my way to come to this location
Very delicious coffee! And quick service! Very nice ladies behind that counter! It's just ONE AWFUL customer that was there on... 9-27-22! He tried to get a free coffee and was very ignorant to those ladies...I HAD to tell that bad excuse of a human being tostop being ignorant and do NOT speak to those ladies like that! Hopefully he never goes in there again! Do u feel like a realman screaming at people like that? Because all u did was show a little boy how men should NOT act! That little boy watched u thewhole time...us adults r supposed to be role models for these children! Not show them to be an as*h*le! GROW UP! Read more
Awful. I work on the road and patronize dunkin at least once a day. I purposely drive out of my way to a different dunkin, so... that i can get a grilled cheese that is actually toasted, instead of a soggy cheese sandwich. I usually always order mobile andhave to instruct the employee to put whipped cream on my latte every time I pick up.... even though I always have the box tickedwhen I order. Avoid this dunkin if you can and go to a different one. They still won't even open their restrooms to the public. Read more

A great view of New York City but you have horrible drink prices. The bar needs to be slot bigger.
Almost no donuts, no bagels, and staff unwilling to make other menu items. Terrible!
