Order extra sauce on my pizza?s, and paid the extra $1.50 for each pizza just to get a dry pizza with little sauce. When told... about it, I was told there is extra sauce because it is around the side. Yet when touch the part where the cheese is, there wasno sauce. I think I will just start paying extra money in fuel and go to Papa Johns. Read more
Ordered online at 8:22pm heard nothing and no updates on tracker. Called around 9:14pm and they told me they were short on... drivers and it would be "45 mins to an hour" I confirmed that would be ok ????. At 10:30pm I still heard nothing and called backand was told it was delivered. After being put on hold for 20 mins I called back and was told that the driver "Morgan" had madea mistake and that a new order would be sent to me in "25mins to 40mins" this was at 11:00pm. Come 11:55pm I have been picked upand intentionally hung up on 4 times now. I have spent thousands of dollars over many stores across the U.S and I can say thisis the worst experience and only bad experience I've ever had with a Dominos. Ordered online six items. Got there after I was notified that it was ready. Got there called to say I'm here, they left me on... hold almost 7 minutes. I called back and they finally answered me. Seems they gave my food away somebody else to remake it allover again told me 15 minutes it was 25. I'll use another one of the Domino's stores and take a longer drive to go pick it up atleast I know it'll be there. Or store I've ever been. Read more
Order of 1 pizza took 1 hour, 15 minutes to deliver and we are 10 minutes or less away. I went online to their 'delivery... insurance' and all they would offer is 20% off a pizza, or a free medium pizza that had to be ordered with 24-48 hours. Doesn't seem like very good 'insurance'. Read more
Their # phone is not local some lady in California picked the phone up? Back up a min. I placed my order with Uber eats ,at 8.45... pm,it's 10.15,.Uber has a over charge of $4.95 plus tips, I wanted to save gas, I ended up driving to the store,.the only goodthing they have is a great wi Fi! My order arrived like this after waiting for more than an hour after the delivery person left the store when my house it?s only... a 10 minute drive! Tried calling the store but o was on hold for almost 30 minutes before I decided to hang up and post thisreview instead! Ugh! I can?t believe I even tip the person! UPDATE (4/30/22): Dominos reached out and apologized and alsoprovided a coupon for a free pizza. Changed my 1 star to 5 star for their resolution and attempt to keep their customers happy. Read more
