Had to wait awhile before being seated even though there were only two other people dining in the building. Tables weren't... clean, food on floor. I had to ask waiter for menus, utensils, refills, the rest of our order. Was overcharged, had to bring itto their attention. Had grandchildren with me and staff were loudly playing, cussing, and saying definitely inappropriate thingsfor a public place. Read more
We ordered a cheese crusted 4 cheese melt. The outside was crusty but the inside cheese was completely unrelated and cold. We... asked for it to be melted. They had attitude. It was microwaved and returned...half melted(picture). The salad greens werebrown, silverware was dirty and attitude after we asked for our food to be cooked was hostile. Came in with my family and it was busy as usual but the waitress was no where to be found after 20 minutes of waiting we were... about to leave but decided to give them a chance since we haven't been here since they 1st open. Service has totally gone down.But the food was deliciously made. I order the spinach mushroom omelet, my kids had the meals with unlimited pancakes and mychurch member did as well. It took them 17 minutes until our food came and it wasn't even our waitress who brought our food itwas another waitress. The only reason I gave it any stars is because of the food. I understand its busy in the morning butmanagement needs to do better with staff. Read more
Our experience here was great. Our food came out in a timely manner and looked amazing . Food was delicious and have no... complaints. Our server was actually the best server we have had since they opened. We go to IHOP at least once or twice a month. Our server was very courteous and respectful and very attentive to our table.
