This store is so very dirty. The trash can was overflowing and something real gross all over it. The bathrooms were filth and so... gross. And the manager acted like we were bothering her. She was rude and gave ugly looks when I asked a question about thesalad. Service and cleanliness gave this a two star. The food was good. Read more
Very very slow. Rude service. Gentleman working the drive thru was extremely rude. And not sure why the same item has two... different prices??will not be returning. Ordered a meal with triple cheese fries, they put tiny tacos instead. I called asked for a refund for just the fries,... considering I just drove 25mins home. Super friendly. That was then but can't say that anymore.service is lacking, food very lacking. Was so unwell last visit I may... not be returning. FYI don't order the bacon bacon or something like that, it has no more bacon than the burger off the valuemenu but it cost over $10 to $12 dollars Vs $1 or $2.getting condiments is like pulling teeth,one by one, ridiculous! The man working the ear piece is rude and unprofessional. He told us we were wasting his time when he found out there was a car... behind us. We just waited 20 minutes to get to order and then he tells us we are wasting his time and also that only one orderper car. 12 minutes later when we finally make it to the window they mess up the order and he comes walking from the back of thestore and shrugs and says once again we are wasting his time even tho they didn't get our full order because he was cutting usoff while ordering. In the end he had to make two orders anyways to fix his mistake and three of the burgers still came outwrong. I don't know his name because he only ran his mouth over the mic and in the back of the store but never had to deal withus at the window. He's been here the past few times I've come to the restaurant and he always has an attitude and rushes myorder so I know it's not just because it was Thanksgiving.
