We won't be coming back. The donuts were NOT good! The staff was cleaning up at our table while we're eating. They were sweeping... up at our table while we were sitting there. I had to tell them we were still eating. I got an explanation that they werecleaning up. How do you tell an employee that they aren't supposed to clean up while we are eating? The dough was not fluffy itwas dense and tough. We like Shipley's. However, this location needs quality control. I saw doughnuts just thrown on a tray,looking rough not being prepared properly. Very friendly , patient, helpful staff. Always enjoy go into there to get our weekly donuts on Saturday.
Just ordered a Big Earl. It was good but they put it in the paper bag without a wrapper. ????
