Really great experience. I had a coupon for free Whataburger with the purchase of medium fries and drink but forgot about the... condition. We ended up ordering way more fries and drink than we needed. The counter attendant graciously refunded them andactually refunded more than she should have. The food was great. I ordered 1 order of biscuits and gravy ordered online order was supposed to be ready 5 to 7 minutes. I arrived at 7 am order... was placed at 6:50. I did not get my food until 730. I jus left this place and I hate to rate it one star because the chick at the drive through window was super cool. But the... person that prepared my burger should not be in the restaurant/fast food industry. No exaggeration the burger was so sloppydripping sauces that it ruined my fresh outfit before I even had a chance to take a bite. I?m furious. Because who in theirright mind says hey I?m presenting this to a paying customer. There?s no way it wasn?t dripping everywhere on them also. Howdisgusting is that? Shame on the manager for lack of respect for the customers and obviously 0% quality control. But tries toregulate my anger over the complete lack of competence. Went through drive-thru. Salad, 2 drinks , burger and fries. They forgot 1 drink, no utensils with the salad and my chicken was... just ripped in half instead of cut up. I had to scrounge for my emergency spork. Read more
This place is horrible! The customer service is beyond HORRIBLE! The manager is disgustingly rude! We arrived for a good meal... after a night out & we were ok with waiting but our food came out cool. We notified a nice guy during his break & he willinglybrought it back in to remake it. Unfortunately, the food was STILL cold. At that time, we were halfway home so we decided tocall & notify the manager. The manager on duty, Maria, seemed annoyed & was concerned with the background on the call. Again,she was beyond rude & accused us of calling as a joke & downgrading our experience rather than handling it professionally. Iasked for information regarding the franchise owner & she said his name was Sean & that he?d be in at 3PM the following day.Nothing more, nothing less. This what?s burger is falling apart fast. Been in line for over 20 minutes. People who have ordered been waiting for over 45... minutes others are asking for their money back. Non workers not in uniform standing in kitchen. One side of kitchen not evenstaffed. Poor shift planning. How can we fix this problem. Read more
It's different, and I'm not sure if it's better. I don't visit them like I did before they sold themselves to a Chicago firm so... maybe my memory to reality is different. But the bread isn't the same, things once cooked when ordered sometimes feels preppedunder a heat lamp, to the patty tastes warm and not just cooked. Maybe I'm being picky, but it went from a standard to as placewe go once in a blue moon. Maybe they will find who they want to be eventually. I'll be back though, probably 2023. Read more
