The girl at night had her friends at the drive thru and refused to serve. The other guy with her said nothing.
This Baskin-Robins USED to be good, with decently-intelligent staff that spoke fluent English. Now, the new staff barely... understand basic ice cream market terms (like "toppings", which isn't some made-em-up word, but a KNOWN term for anything thatgoes on icecream, used for DECADES! They kept thinking I said "chocolate"!) along with a tenuous grasp on English, they are ALSOincredibly incompetent, and don't listen to simple orders (unless it's coffee, apparently). Afrim, as nice as she is, is perhapsthe worst one: She's slow-witted, forgetful (she constantly got my orders wrong), and barely knows typical ice cream lingo (like"toppings"). I am NEVER coming back to this Baskin-Robins EVER AGAIN, until they can hire somebody... better! Read more

Boyfriend loves it here. They have some excellent choices and are always well staffed
