Bagels are delicious but their staff leaves much to be desired. Been there multiple times and have been ignored by workers or... had to wait for their personal conversations to end. From now on, I will eat at Bagel Chalet; the options and service are superior. I went to Town Bagel for a late lunch (before 2)... hoping for a BEC. The grill was not on, so there was no bacon and thus no BEC. I ended up settling on a panini, but they did nothave the menu ingredients (fresh mozzarella), so they substituted it for a lesser quality cheese. When I got my food, the paniniwas served on a pita.
