This specific location is inconsistent with how they make their drinks; One day may have too much flavoring and another not... enough. It?s common for them to forget items that you ordered then I have to park and go inside to avoid waiting the drive-thru line again. Often I receive sticky cups and no napkins with food. The butter pecan iced latte gives me life ???? In all seriousness I wish it was available year round or could be purchased to... use at home. The bacon wake up wraps are really good, hashbrowns aren't my favorite. The staff at this location are always superfriendly but it does sometimes have a long wait (15+ minutes in drive thru). I only go because I love DD coffee but honestly you never know what you will get here. They went down hill so bad since losing... their regular employees since COVID. They are so rude now and do not know their menu items including the names of own products.Not to mention the hygiene level seems to have dropped as well. The cashier that has helped the last few times nails have beenblack. They normally have a full list of ingredients they do not have preventing them from making almost everything on theirmenu. Google & thwir website say they are open until 10 pm. Jist tried the drive through at 9:30 pm and an automated messages comes on... and says they are "currently closed." ----This is despite the front door being propped open with a bucket and a worker hangingout the drive theough window talking to a car full of people. ???? This Dunkin has barely been serving food the last 2 years, always out of stuff, slow & barely friendly staff. Before this we... regularly came each weekend spending $20 or more on food & drinks. Our dogs love to ride along and always used to be recognizedand offered a little whip cream cup or munchkin. Now we ask for a little espresso cup of whip cream for them and are charged$1to our $20 order! It?s not a good look. If you really feel the need to charge for that now fine, but a $1 for something thatobviously cost the establishment cents is absolutely ridiculous and just poor/greedy business. Especially after prettydisappointing and poor operation of this place the last couple years. To top it off my food today was cold & the coffee barelyhad 2 pieces of ice. Got an iced coffee with an extra kick of caffeine, that drink was really good and the woman who took my order was really nice.
They don't always get your order right here being as I used to work at Dunkin' donuts I know how the drinks are supposed to be... made and they're not up to par at this location it's also a very long wait for drive-thru all the time. Read more
