This restaurant is my new #1 pick for the greatest Mexican food location. I've left some pretty good reviews for other places... over the years, but this place is my absolute new favorite. The food is by far the best, they can customize any order, somethingyou don't like and they won't add it, something you want more of like extra queso on your food and they'll make it happen, theenvironment is very family friendly. The place is newly remodeled and has colorful beautiful artwork. A lot of thought went into making this place very comfortable and inviting for all who decide to entertain the thought of eating at Ponchos Tacos. Ifyou get to meet Margarito (one of the owners) he's a super good guy, he might make you laugh, but his attention to detail andmaking sure the customer is happy is his #1 priorties, it always has been. I could probably write pages of great things to sayabout Margarito and this awesome new restaurant, but you'll find out a lot easier by going there to see for yourself. Wow. Great atmosphere but that isn't enough to make Pancho's wow worthy. It's the people working there! Wonderful smiles, prompt... attention to your family and ordering. Good delicious. The place was packed. Happy customers because the food was sooo good andit was a happy atmosphere. Be able to plan spending time at the bar if they are packed, but it is worth spending time there witha margarita and enjoying the people you are with because Pancho's Tacos is an experience of the eye, ear and palate. Delicious food. I had the chicken rice bowl, enough for leftover- which I love. My partner had the Panchos fajitas, he said... the meat was tender and full of flavor. Chips and salsa were very good. I had a margarita flight, would recommend sharing! Wewill be back for sure! Read more
Wonderful dining experience at Pancho's Tacos this evening! Make sure to ask to be seated in Kayla S.'s section, she is the... most amazing server with the best sense of humor and excellent hospitality! Flights of Margaritas are definitely worthwhile! First time here. Have been at their food truck before and it was always good so we thought we'd try this place out. Sunday for... lunch. Got right in and was asked about what we wanted to drink before we really got to look at the menu much. Very quick onthat. Ordered food selections, of which there seemed to be a wide aray to choose from and got that timely. Waitress was spot onwith her service. Definitely be going back. Will be taking some friends and family there with us in the future. Sure hope theykeep their service at this level as that really set them apart. Granted they were not overly busy when we were there.
