Order from here on a regular. Called to place a order yesterday 9-17-22. The lady who answered said we only have pizza go ahead... with your order. I ordered a small sausage. The pizza was burnt and the service is terrible. Gave her cash in her hand and heldmy hand out and she put it down on the counter. Very unprofessional!! Lost a longtime customer! Read more

This place has the best pizza in Bellwood. Family owned also great customer service. Their deep dish and thin crust pizza is... good. Also made fresh hot food. Their Italian beefs and lasagna are good also. Also you can dine in. Good food great prices. Read more

Customer service over the was terrible , complete ATTITUDE. When I arrived I had to repeatedly almost yell to the back for... someone to come to the front and assist. Service was definitely 5 stars as the lady who took my order via phone was super nice and helpful. However, my pizza dough was... not cooked in the middle. To spend almost $30 for a 12" pizza and it not be cooked thoroughly quite off putting and I beeneating here for 20 years but the pricing is becoming ridiculous especially when there are other places close by that make greatpizza end you don't spend $20 for the same size pizza and toppings. Also I dont understand how pepperoni costs more as asubstitute but on the ingredient lists all the ingredients are the same. I tried to switch pepperoni for sausage and it wasgoing to cost an additional $2. Read more

Terrible experience. Ordered a family size pan pizza but received a large thin crust. We called to let them know there was an... error and we were told ?it doesn?t say that on the bill? meaning someone on their side took the order incorrectly! Through theentire conversation not one apology and we were even willing to pay the difference for the correct pizza. My husband then askedfor new fries since we had to wait 45 minutes for the correct pizza to arrive and we were told ? well wait to eat them and warmthem up? that they don?t replace fries. Just horrible customer service. Horrible responses on their end. Never again will weorder from there, be sure to clarify your order a couple times because if it?s wrong, It?s your fault.. smh what a shame! Read more

1st time ordering from here. Ordered a small thin crust pizza cheese and mushrooms. Waited an hour for my pizza to have it... delivered an hour later and burnt to a crisp. Ate 2 or three pieces that weren't that burnt because I was hungry. Never will Iever order from this place ever again. I will continue to order my pizza from Q's restaurant and pizzeria. At least I know theyhave terrific pizza and NOT BURNT. Avoid this place and spend your money somewhere else. Read more
