However, I have had 2 experiences where I... ordered online in the App and went to pick it up and nobody was at the drive-thru. I had to call customer support and get mymoney refunded both times. The food is mediocre at best, staff are unintelligible kids that clearly don't care about their jobs. Management looks like a... joke from the outside. I went in there and got a normal whopper, they failed to put on cheese and my fries were stale and cold.I don't know who keeps these people in business, very upset, can't even make a cheese burger right. Good drive through, with good speaker and the staff are responsive to questions. The food is standard Burger King fare, and our... orders are consistently correct. the drive-through line moves pretty quickly, too, which is a big help in these days oflockdown.
