Showed up at 45 mins they said it will be done no call or nothing very rude to me horrible costumer service
Stopped from out of town for a breakfast pizza. After getting my slice and drinks the lady at the checkout tells me ?you can?t... use that? referring to my credit card while checking out in a fairly rude tone. Tells me cash or check only as if I was supposedto know this. Their card reader is apparently down and when I ask about using the ATM she tells me that?s down too. So she saysshe will take care of my things. Including the pizza I touched, got out of the rotator and put in a bag. At this point you mightas well of at least given me the pizza that needs to go in the trash. Unless of course she put it back in the thing. Wouldn?t besurprised though. Maybe find a way to let customers know this prior to checking out. Read more
Been calling to place a pizza order for over an hour calling at five min intervals I read the reviews ive never been there but... after an hour of calling just to get the line is busy tone made me question what could be so important to hold up the storephone like if its business would it make sense to have two call lines like land line phones are dirt cheap and this is 2020 Ithink I made my point Read more
The women working the night of 7/3/19 are rude and unprofessional. I called @6:30pm looking to order a few pizzas for my family,... when the woman answered she states ? You?re going to have to hold on? and then proceeds to belch into the phone. After her manlyburp I proceed to hold for five minutes listening to her and another employee talk. These employees are disgusting and Iwouldn?t want them touching any food of mine. I?m extremely disappointed in Casey?s at this time, I do not recommend orderingfood from this location. Read more
This is the worst Caseys I have ever been to. The people in the back making sandwiches were very rude and had no... PERSONALITY ordered a meatball sub they had no meatballs then ordered a tuna sub and no tuna at that point I just gave upbecause they were so rude. JUST AWFUL!!! Read more
Have had the wrong pizza made twice now. Evidently the person that made it both times had no idea what a flatbread pizza was and... made a regular round pizza both times. In addition we were supposed to receive free bread sticks. They were on top of the wrongpizza and when the right one came out I was told they had given our bread sticks to someone else. And to ask for a rain check atthe checkout, which I did. No rain check because they aren?t allowed to give them. Plus the cashier was obnoxious. Not to me,just in general.
