The chocolate yogurt couldn?t hold its chocolate flavoring emulsion together, leaving a weirdly strong flavored puddle at the... bottom of my cup. The employee cleaning the counter navigated around me without so much as looking at my face, let alone sayinghello or pardon me. The only appealing fruit topping option was strawberries. No raspberries. No blueberries. Someone had mixedwho-knows-what into the pineapple, making it an unappealing mess. The employee at the cash register had AirPods in his earsthroughout our lame interaction. It was clear he had no interest in being there. If you have a frozen yogurt craving, this isnot the worst place in the world to come for a snack. However, there?s absolutely nothing about Menchie?s that would have melooking to come back or recommend it to friends. It?s completely forgettable. Kids are inexperienced though and will love thisplace like it?s the greatest frozen yogurt on earth. Update: Came back a second time and the experience was worse. Never had acup of frozen yogurt that tasted bad, but Menchie?s has accomplished that feat. Not coming back again. Read more

Every flavor but "Tart" tastes excessively of chemicals with a harse bitter aftertaste. The staff here was also rude.

Decent place to get a quick fro yo. I just wish their actual open hours were accurate to what is posted on their door. Stopped... by today at 12:30 pm and the place was completely dark and closed. My wife and I spent the day sailing in San Francisco for Fleet Week. On our way home to Santa Clara we stopped in Menchie's for... some yogurt. WOW! We were both had the best yogurt ever! I had a pumpkin yogurt with graham cracker crumbles. It was awesome!(The employee recommendation) Staff was great and the price was not expensive and more than worth it!
