I've tried with this place but I just can't anymore. Easily the rudest staff I've ever dealt with at a fast food restaurant... (night crew). If u wanna be mocked for simply placing an order then come here. Otherwise go to the in n out 5 minutes away if uwanna be treated with respect. Read more

When you get it and get it right, the food is good enough. Some lapses in quality that aren't uncommon for fast food, but hardly... much to write about. It's Wendy's and remains Wendy's. ...that said. I don't know how much is if it's the microphone/headsetsbeing trash, or just the cash staff not being great with English, but order accuracy can be a roll of the dice (and then some).It's, sad, because in the Bay Area, ESL folks are probably already shoved under the bus a lot, but at the end of the day theyunfortunately serve a lot of English-speakers >.> If it's any consolation, that's basically the only problem. Went for the first time, drive through was horrible. Ordered a plain baconator, fries, a lemonade, and two cookies. What I... received was a (not plain) chicken sandwich, and the staff argued it was what i ordered. Lemonade had a bug and cookie had ahair. Will not be back. Read more
Gotta say, I do enjoy their chili and salads! Quick, affordable, convenient, and downright tasty!! Its definitely a go-to place... for a fast satisfying meal on a budget! This location in particular has always been friendly and quick, and as of the time ofcoronavirus, all staffers seem to be taking extra care and always have on masks and gloves. Keep up the good work!
