Ovenbird is wonderful. I think it is the best Cobb Salad I have ever had, delicious chunks of blue cheese, grilled chicken and... sliced avocado, served with a light delicious dressing. Went for a weekday lunch - service was pretty slow. Food is decent, though the prices are somewhat high for that quality and... quantity of what you get. Sandwiches were pretty nice, though somewhat generic. The one drink I got, the Mint Matcha latte, waspretty disappointing. It tasted like a lot of mint and watered down matcha. Read more
I ordered ahead and expected to takeout my turkey club, but the music, the ambience, and the refreshing vibe drew me in. I... asked if I could eat in and was told of course! The pastries look mouthwatering, the lemonade was perfectly sweet anddelectable, and the sandwich was superb! The turkey was fresh and the bacon was crisp. I'm very particular about ratios, eachingredient was on par and the lemon aioli was worth the calories. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The mood was Parisianwith an air of Madrid and a hint of Rome, all within walking distance! I am already planning my lunches and morning routine tosit at the breakfast bar and enjoy a latte.
