We come here every Sunday for all day happy hour and sports and again on Mondays for half off pasta. We love the service here.... Our favorite is Lisa who is like a magical unicorn. She remembers our favorite orders, sees us and immediately puts in our drinkorder and in general.is a very conscientious server. My hubby LOVES the Bruschetta chicken. The pesto is amazing and the pop ofthe tomatoes are wonderful in this dish. I love the deluxe cauliflower crust pizza. You'll not regret a visit here! Read more

Tonight we went to this Flo?s for the first time. Will NOT return. We had been painting all day and wanted to quickly grab... dinner. We ordered online and were given a pick up time of 8pm. We were there at 8 pm and waited until 8:15 for our order. Thenour order was cold. The pasta dish was barely half full and the pizza along with being cold had soggy crust with dust in a cansprinkled all over the one end of the crust. The food was great and always is. The service was awful. No pop refills until we had to ask. Our app took 30 minutes. Our dinner... took well over an hour. She offered to bring us our check before we even ordered dessert. She didn't ask if we wanted any so wetold her that we didn't want the check because we wanted to serve. To get cannolis it took a good half hour. Overall, a quickstop for dinner turned into a bad experience. We seem to do better there when we order it delivered. Read more

I come here often for a nice night out with friends. The service is always superb and the food delicious. Sometimes things... happen and due to short staff, or needing to train new people or a bigger crowd than expected, things don't go as planned. It'show a company handles these situations that put them above the rest. Tonight was a tough night for the crew. The food tooklonger than normal and came out cold. This has never happened before in the many months I have been coming here. Management wasvery gracious and our server handled it with grace and poise. This is a wonderful establishment and I would highly recommend toanyone to visit! The pizza puffs and ribs are so good! I also love the tiramisu! Bruschetta was delicious!! Fair prices. Pizza was good but I did not enjoy it as much as I thought I would, which may be d/t the... toppings. I'll have to order a different pizza next time, there are definitely lots of options! Read more
