Worst dunkin doughnuts around the Lakes Region constantly messing up our orders. They can't seem to get the refreshers right and... they forget o give us my sourdough breakfast sandwhich. They should prepare your doughnuts food,drinks, once it's complete thenpass it to the person or drive thru. If you love waiting 20 minutes to order, being snapped at when wondering what's going on, and your food covered in quac you... didn't order because they don't know how to change gloves, then you found the right dunks! Read more
Who ever the super polite lady is give her a raise. Me and my family love ordering our drinks at this location. She's always... super sweet and polite. Not every Dunkin is created equal and that's fore sure. Plus everyone in my family is picky and wantsthere drinks a certain way which makes this difficult for the employees. Thank you! Read more
if i could give less than 1 star i would, worst dunks i've been to!! we get iced coffees & they are never made correctly. my... husband gets defcaf & always have to go back to correct it. labels are incorrect as a well. few times we were refused to get ourcoffees corrected we had to go to another dunks to get them made correctly. drive through wait times are ridiculous... such ashame. Love both the hot and iced coffee. The coffee is never so strong that I can't drink it, like Starbucks, which gets tossed after... one sip. New England definitely runs on Dunkin. Great selection of drinks with special drinks for each season and majorholidays. Donuts and breakfast sandwiches are yummy. Hours of operation accommodate are sufficient. I can always rely on DDcoffee, no matter what state I'm in, makes me feel I'm home. Read more
First I want to start off saying the staff was very friendly and helpful. That's why I'm giving a 3 star vs 2. The reason why... I'm giving a low rating is because even though they were well staffed they didn't have much to choose from. I do want to mentionthey were busy too but with the amount of staff on they shouldn't of had an issue. There were hardly any doughnuts and verylimited on bagles. I honestly didn't knotice the amount of muffins. On top of that mom's coffee came out horrible. They werenice enough to remake it and it came out much better. So thank you for that. The order also had some other items. My tea cameout perfect! Thank you!!! I did get the doughnut fries. There was poppy seeds mixed in...I've had them in other locations andnever have I seen them with poppy seeds. Another item in the order was a bagle and cream cheese. Dont forget to put a knife inthe bag. It's hard to spread without it! Before leaving I did let the staff know that they were almost out of straws. The smallwe're empty and the large we're almost out. Do your self a favor and drive right by. You may think that because of the long line it?s a good dunks, but, it?s not. They... messed up both of our drinks. First off, the cake batter latte. They made me a regular latte with sugar instead and when askedabout they said they don?t have the stuff to make it. How about you just say your out of it then when the order is placed andtry to suggest something similar. The other drink was a medium Charlie. The first one they didn?t add espresso so we went in tofix it. Then they made it with whipped cream and not cold foam. 8 or so people working, zero communication, some people justwalking around from station to station with out doing anything. Read more
