Besides system being occasionally down, it's fast and my order is always correct.
I like the drive thru. Sue me. I feel that they function at a faster pace than what the workers are given credit for.
I was worried about this place when they first opened. It would take 30 minutes to get through the line to get a coffee. I was... late several tomes due to this. Then after about a month after opening they got it together and now things seem to hapoen prettyquickly and smoothly. Everything time I go to this Dunkin they put me on hold and there is no one in front of me. Then when I get to the window there... is like 5 of them in there and it takes them for every to cash me out. On top of that they have employees outside smokinginstead of doing there job. They aren?t even busy when I go so I don?t understand why they put me on hold! Read more
Horrible wait time! I watched them remake the drink for the lady ahead of us in the drive thru 3 times. Neither of our English... muffins were toasted, they were just warm. Our drink orders both not up to it usual Dunkin standard. Looking into the windowwhile waiting for our order the house keeping looked to be very lacking, and it is a brand new store. I counted three or fouremployees and none of them looked very busy. Needless to say, we will not be going back to this particular location. Read more
The inside is easily 5 stars. Very clean and nice to be in. The drive through was ridiculously slow, though, and they got my... order wrong the first time. I thought it might be because the lobby was busy, but I could see the lobby through the drivethrough window and it didn't look like there was anyone there. I didn't see much activity in the kitchen. So 3 stars for thedrive through. They seem to be getting quicker there, though, so I'll update this review after I've been there somemore. Absolutely phenomenal location, though, just a couple hundred yards from the exit off of I-86. Read more
