I don't really like bojangles or fast food in general so if I go there its to get food for somebody else but... Give yourself 45... minutes if going to the drive through and try not to make eye contact with the homeless folks that approach your car. Came at 8:30 to get chicken for my family. There were already 12 cars in the drive through. I saw the employees coming out to... the "closed" lobby, looking at the cars and going back in to supposedly delay the line further so they can close without meetingorders. Won't be coming back again until management gets new employees. Read more
Stopped here on a Friday night to get my daughter and my niece a kid's chicken meal. Went into the drive-thru and sat there for... 20 minutes without a single car moving. Was finally able to get out of the drive-thru and my husband walked in to thisestablishment. He made a comment to the manager that we have been sitting in the Drive-Thru for 20 minutes and no cars hadmoved. She told him that it's not their fault only two people showed up to work. Severely understaffed to have both the diningroom and drive-thru open. Food was good I could have used more seasoning in the dirty rice and fries. Read more
Wish I could give zero stars. after getting food in drive through... Me, is the honey mustard in there? Bo, Yeah (in a whisper... voice) Me, (drive away), look in bags, no honey mustard. had to go back in. Had to wait 10 minutes and ask for servicebecause employees were on their phone. Get home, no biscuits. fries are horrible. cold dry and NO SEASONING!!!. It's the onlyfries I even like because of the seasoning. Chicken is Cajun not regular. we did not order Cajun. 2 people here can't eatCajun. Ye, pretty upset because we live 10 miles away. Food was okay... didn't wow me...however the service wasn't bad...
So disappointed in my last visit. I was so ready for my Bo Time and then this happened. Took a bite of my chicken leg and it was... not cooked. It was so gross, words cannot describe. First time eating a Bojangles period. After all the reviews from friends and folks, let me just say this lived up to it all. Got... a few different things off the menu. My favorite I believe was the number 7 the spicy chicken sandwich that was good to behonest. The chicken was the perfect amount of spicy. The biscuit was not to try. Honestly it was great. I loved the food herecustomer service was great. Cashier was patient since I had never been to a Bojangles before and even recommended somethingwhich was nice. It was CLEAN I ate inside and it was nice and clean. Also the drink selection was good wish they had cokeproducts but can?t complain overall will be back again. Read more
I just order 2 Bacon Egg and Cheese biscuits. Got home and opened them and the Bacon was completely raw. Fresh out of the pack... never to hit a griddle. I've had nothing but issues with this location. When I called to explain what happened I got told "whatdo you expect us to do about it". Bojangles do better. That could make someone very sick and this isn't the first time it'shappened. Read more
