My order was incorrect so I was just going back by when left job! Well they would not allow a refund or another swap for dinner... items for my 2 Gravy Biscuits, 2 Large Hashbrowns, 2 sausage egg & cheeses totaling 19 something but yet not get any REPLACEMENT FOR MY ORDER, OR MY FUNDS BACK WITH ENTIRE ORDER STILL IN THE BAG I BROUGHT BACK! Was told to pull into a parking spot, then waited almost 5 minutes for undercooked hash browns and barely warm Frisco breakfast... sandwiches. Even the coffee wasn?t hot. Read more
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE: I went in there on the morning of labor day and I told the cashier I would like a small egg and... cheese biscuit combo. She didn't give me a receipt but I thought to myself it will be alright. Another worker came out and saidsausage and egg biscuit and the cashier pointed at me. I then told her that I wanted an egg and cheese biscuit. The cashierproceeded to be rude by gaslighting me and not own up to her mistake by saying "That is not what you said! Maybe that is whatyou thought you said but I took your order." I said nothing since I was on my way to the beach with my best friends and I wantedto stay calm before the drive there. She then rolled her eyes and went to get me the biscuit. I used to be a fast food cashierand I would never be rude towards a customer with a concern especially the ones who are polite. Hit and miss... I go here 3+ times a week... First question for the (owner/manager) a YELLOW biscuit inside the biscuit?? No... sausage in the gravy biscuits?? Long lines always.. The Only thing that was good (2?) is the lady working the drive thruapologizing for the long wait times and being nice as can be. Read more
Not a great experience. The woman that "served" us in the drive thru was really, really rude. She shoved our food at us through... the window (which was just a kids meal), let the window shut, turned her back on us, & never came back to the window. I stillneeded ketchup for my kids fries but I couldn't ask. I never saw her again. I ended up having to park and walk inside. I stillnever saw her again. I was "served" by someone else upon walking in. She didn't give us a toy for the kids meal or a straw forthe drink. I had to grab all of those things from someone else when I walked in. It was just so rude. I thought I was beingpolite too & I even asked her how she was doing when I pulled up to the window. She never responded. Never said one word. It wasnot good. Read more
The girl at the drive-thru was just rude. A good manager would have listened to her deal with customers & realized she doesn't... have the skills for that position. I was running late for my appointment, the line was froze, three cars & 10 minutes later Iget my chicken (leather) biscuit it was hard, dark and look like it had been cooked twice.One bite and now it's somewhere on thenorthbound side of I-85. I only wish I had took a picture of the chicken to post, but I did find a picture online that was verysimilar. I'll never stop at the that Hardee's again. Read more
For the last several months, the biscuits suck. Hard as a stale chocolate chip cookie. I understand staffing shortages but if... someone "IS" making biscuits, why not add all three ingredients and make them right. This was my delicious breakfast at 7:30 am,Thursday 8/12/21. I ordered the biscuits and gravy and when I opened up the container the biscuit was fine but there was like a teaspoon of gravy... on the biscuit not like it usually does when it comes with the container of gravy. There was not enough gravy on the biscuit itwas basically a waste if I know and I was going to just get a biscuit I would just ordered a biscuit. I usually go to thisHardee's multiple times and have noticed that the quantity of food that you're getting is not like it previously was it's goingdownhill and used to enjoy getting biscuits and gravies from this establishment but as of now I Won't Go Back.
